UPDATE:  As of 4/3/26 two residents have not paid the 2026 Annual Dues.  One is a foreclosure property, and we'll collect from the new owner once the deed is transferred.  The other nonpayment...we'll be filing a Complaint in Sylvania Small Claims Court for all outstanding Annual Dues, the past Special Assessment & late fees on 4/6/26.
