Due to the Agent's, Attorney Jerome Phillips, failure to respond to the State of Ohio, our Certificate was canceled on October 16, 2024. After recently going to the State of Ohio's website, the Board found that the Agent Requirement letter went unanswered, by Atty Jerome Phillips, and caused our Certificate to be canceled. The Board filled out the required paperwork on February 26, 2026, spoke to a State of Ohio representative the same day to make sure everything was filled out properly, and then filed the paperwork, along with payment ($25), online immediately thereafter. On February 27, 2026, the State of Ohio emailed the reinstatement paperwork (Certificate) to the Master HOA email address. The new agent is Karen Greene. All future paperwork pertaining to maintaining our Certificate will be sent directly to Karen and no longer to the law office of Attorney Jerome Phillips.
