HYDRANT RAISING

FYI:  The first picture to the left is exactly how the area looked after the Evergreen was cut down.  The tree service cleared all the leaves and debris that were visible and hauled it away.  There was no grass beneath the tree or around the hydrant.   The Master HOA will have it cleaned up even more...have new soil added, have it leveled and seed what was once bare, and the hydrant will be cleaned up and painted.  Of the three hydrants that have been raised...THIS ONE was the most expensive due to the additional cost for tree removal, stump removal (2 stumps - someone had cut a tree down previously and left part of the trunk, which was directly behind the Evergreen), new soil, leveling and seeding.
